Received the window in 4 days, absolutely amazed by the efficiency of the delivery. Unfortunately it was the wrong window, shipped the right instead of the left window. Sent an email to them and was contacted within 6hrs, no questions asked they immediately shipped the correct part at no cost to me. Part arrived 4 days later and am happy to say this one is correct. It is a pity there are not more companies in the world with their customer service skills. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
